 Presentation Notes
Following a brief introduction of the D.C. Clean Rivers Project,
Dr. Fu will present on geotechnical instrumentation for tunnel and shaft construction
and on implementation of the instrumentation program
 
Speaker Biography:
Dr. Fu is a project manager at WSSC and was formerly tunnel practice leader at AECOM. 
Dr. Fu has extensive experience in project management and design and construction of underground structures.
His expertise also includes soil field and laboratory testing, geotechnical instrumentation,
and trenchless construction methods.
